aw8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your aw8 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aw8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
